• Paul Carrington - My E46 M3 broke down a few weeks ago, SMG went into neutral a couple of times whilst driving. Obviously very concerned I got it towed to German Auto Haus. Spoke to Andreas who I had met recently at a BMW Car Club event. I got it home this morning all sorted. I can’t tell you how relieved I was talking with Andreas through the process. He started narrowing down probable cause (lowest cost first) and I came away wrapped with the outcome. Turned out to be the SMG pump. Anyway highly recommend these guys.

I have found them to be reliable, informative and understanding with regard to the age the car, especially with that elephant in the room, repair or replace. Our car has always been parked on the street so is susceptible to everything the environment and weather throws at it and yet with the TLC it receives at GAH, it still keeps limping on. Recently it enjoyed it’s 20th birthday with a full service and some ageing repairs. German Auto Haus recently looked over the car, fixed all the faults (which other mechanics we unable to) and have it running the best since I purchased it. They're great to deal with, did everything in a timely manner and are reasonably priced. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

• Richard11111 – Five Stars - I used German Auto Haus to obtain a RWC for my BMW, on the basis that they offered a complementary pre-check. The pre-check was comprehensive, and indicated that the car was roadworthy bar some bald tyres (replaced at a tyre shop elsewhere). A week later, I took the car back for the formal RWC, which was carried out professionally and in line with the original check (i.e. no extra charges beyond the standard RWC charge). Very happy with the experience, thank you.

• Lily – Five Stars - Hi there, I found ‘German Auto Haus’ on Google 1st page as my Audi A3 was doing some scary noise that needed to be fixed quickly. I rung them and got an appointment for the next day, they found what the issue was on the day and fixed it efficiently. I received calls to inform me that my car was ready and could be picked up until 5.45pm, nice gesture. I highly recommend to go to German Auto Haus ! Cheers Lily
